B. Comprehensive information
Basic information on data processing
As a website operator, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process personal data that is collected when you visit our website in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Your data will not be published by us, nor will it be passed on to third parties without authorization.
With the simple quotation in brackets of a regulation, we want to express the standard on the basis of which data processing is justified, should personal data be processed in the respective process.
I. Subject of data protection
The subject of data protection is personal data. This is information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person.
To the extent that this is not evident in this document or from other circumstances, we do not see ourselves in a position to identify you.
When processing personal data that is required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are required to carry out pre-contractual measures.
Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 (1) (d) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the person responsible is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.
II. Collection, use and storage of data when you visit our website
We use wix.com as a web hosting provider. This company works on our behalf to technically deliver the website to you. We remain responsible for you.
When you visit our website, we will receive your complete IP address from your EDP. We can only transfer the data from our website to you with this IP address so that the website is displayed to you (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 b and f GDPR). The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to your computer. For this, your IP address may have to be stored for the duration of the session. Since you have requested the website, this is in our common legitimate interest. We have to give your IP address to the Internet provider so that the website data can be transmitted to you.
Beyond the processing to transmit the retrieved data, the full IP address is neither processed nor stored.
There is no possibility of objection, as these processes are absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Please do not visit our site if you want to object.
Any use of your personal data will only take place for the stated purposes and to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes.
Transfer of personal data to state institutions and authorities only takes place within the framework of mandatory national legal provisions or if the transfer is necessary for legal or criminal prosecution in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure.
